HAPPY WEDNESDAY! It is a busy week in our house but full of great things as we kick off this season of warmer weather, healthier habits & a lot of outdoor time. Fresh Air We are following the 1000 Hours Outside model which aims to total 1000 outdoor hours throughout the year. Check out their website here . We are behind as we struggled to get our hours in through the winter months but we are cruising right along, catching up as we have warmer days! We are looking forward to pool days at the grandparents house soon as we have 2 water loving babies on our hands. With the warmer temps, comes the less enjoyable mosquitos.
